Sourced from the Jossias lieu-dit in the Vallée de la Marne, this 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is vinified in stainless steel tanks, preserving its purity and freshness. Aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, wet stone, and hints of pastry cream emerge from the glass. Linear yet vibrant on the palate, with a brief acidity and a clean, saline finish.
