Assemblage N°1 is a Brut Nature blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, precise, textured and sharply defined. Lemon, green apple, white peach and fresh almond give it a bright, expressive profile, lifted by fennel, fresh herbs and citrus zest. Grown in the warmer southern vineyards of Champagne, it carries generous fruit, while the Brut Nature style keeps the palate dry, clean and focused. The finish is driven by salt, with a mouthwatering mineral tension that brings grip, freshness and energy.

Antoine Berthelot represents a new generation of Côte des Bar grower, turning family-grown fruit into a precise and personal Champagne project. After years of vineyard work in the family, he began vinifying his own grapes in 2023, with a focus on clean expression, texture and salinity. His wines feel young, sharp and intentional, shaped by Pinot Noir depth, Chardonnay tension and the mineral character of the Aube.
