From the Côte des Bar, this multi-cépage is composed with a majority of Pinot Noir and a minority of the ‘forgotten cépages” of Pinot Grus, Pinot Blanc, and with just a touch of Chardonnay. Finesse and richly aromatic, there is still yet a structure and freshness to this cuvée. It’s almost too easy to drink.

Erick Schreiber is a pioneering grower-producer in the Côte des Bar, known for being one of the first in Champagne to fully commit to biodynamic viticulture. Working mostly with Pinot Noir, he crafts Champagnes that express both vitality and depth, shaped by living soils and minimal intervention in the cellar.
