Description

This three-grape blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier offers a classic profile with a southern twist. Unlike its northern counterparts, it reveals a mineral and spicy character, with notes of white flowers and subtle red fruits.

From the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of the AOP Champagne, Jean Josselin crafts all his cuvées with a philosophy of purity, minimal oxidation and controlled malolactic fermentation. All vinification is done with Heavy Metal playing on the vinyl in the background.
