Description

Jean Josselin creates all of his cuvées with philosophy of purity: minimized oxidation, and malolactic fermentation. Done with the maceration method, and of 100% Pinot Noir grape variety: an explosion of red fruits can be found throughout. Hints of tanins balanced by bush fruits, and with an incredible finish on spices.
