Alliance is an Extra Brut assemblage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, shaped by a strict no-oxygen approach that keeps the wine bright, precise and intensely fresh. Quince, green apple, lemon, pear and acacia flower create a clean, delicate aromatic profile, lifted by notes of mint, citrus peel and fresh herbs. Tense, modern and full of energy, it is a Champagne where the fruit stays sharp, the texture stays vivid, and the finish remains crisp, elegant and alive.

From the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of the AOP Champagne, Jean Josselin crafts all his cuvées with a philosophy of purity, minimal oxidation and controlled malolactic fermentation. All vinification is done with Heavy Metal playing on the vinyl in the background.
