Overview description

Across the parcels of Crété Chamberlin, the brother and sister running this house have devoted one parcel, Les Bas Pouilleux, to the Sylphe Rouge cuvée. Astonishing complex of bitters and tannins, could only be made by this house. A 180-minutes maceration of Pinot Meunier and 4 years’ aging on the lees, make it even more exceptional.
