Overview description

A 3-hour maceration and 4 years' ageing on the lees: a rarity in the world of rosés. This champagne, with its astonishing complex of bitters and tannins, could only be made by this house.  This brother and sister, the 15th generation in Champagne, took over their house of Crété Chamberlin recently and are instilling their passion about the growing of their grapes at the forefront of their work. Their domaine spans across all 3 domi- nant sub-regions of Champagne and in 11 villages with a total of 84 parcelles.
