This rare and exquisite still white wine called Coteaux Champenois Blanc is from the renowned Les Riceys terroir in Champagne. This exceptional cuvée is crafted from a majority of Pinot Noir, vilified as white wine, and complemented by a mineral Chardonnay. The proximity to Chablis is present on the palate and offers a full and vibrant attack, with a mineral backbone reminiscent of gunflint, leading to a lively finish.
