Rare & Vintage Champagne Store in Paris

Created by Nicolas Kudashkin and Dalton Folsch, Senfineco is an independent Champagne store in Paris built around a non-classical vision of Champagne.

Rather than following traditional industry codes, Senfineco focuses on character, rarity, and emotional resonance — selecting grower Champagne, vintage cuvées, and limited-production bottles for their identity, tension, and story.

Rooted in design, curation, and contemporary wine culture, the project explores Champagne through weekly tastings, private experiences, and a constantly evolving selection of producers from across the region.

Manifesto

1. Let the wine speak.
2. Perfection is filtered boredom — we look for flaws, differences, the special, the rare.
3. You either love it or you don’t. There’s nothing in between.
4. In between, there’s Ruinart.
5. If it’s too easy to wear, it’s empty.
6. Do not shake the bottle.
7. For safety, go elsewhere.
8. Start small. Stay small.
9. Nothing is ever finished. Everything is still fermenting.
9.bis Rue Geoffroy-Marie, Paris.

Champagne Beyond Convention

Senfineco explores a more instinctive and contemporary approach to Champagne — shaped by independent producers, singular terroirs, and bottles chosen for emotion rather than reputation.

From rare grower Champagne to limited-production vintage cuvées, the selection reflects a preference for identity, tension, and imperfection over uniformity.

Weekly tastings and private experiences in Paris offer a direct way to discover the evolving landscape of Champagne through a curated and constantly changing perspective.
